Alfesta - the annual gathering of Alfisti in Australia
Alfisti is the collective noun for people who share a passion for all things Alfa Romeo related. This passion often starts as a gentle appreciation of the Marque, but typically develops into a deep, almost irrational, devotion. It transcends nationality, age, gender, language, politics and religion.
Each year, the Alfa Romeo Owners Club of Australia organises Alfesta and issues an open invitation to Alfisti near and far to gather and celebrate all things Alfa Romeo.
In 2014, it was Queensland's turn to host Alfesta over the Easter long-weekend of Thursday 17th April to Monday 21 April. Check out this small selection of photos from Alfesta 2014 on the AROCA Qld website.
[Note: For information about past and future Alfestas, refer to the National Alfesta website.]
